SMAI – MMA Grappling Nugget – 12kg

The SMAI MMA Grappling Nugget is an ideal tool for dynamic MMA based circuit training. It can be lifted, squatted, cleaned and hit making it a functional piece of fitness equipment for cage fitness programs.

Note: the MMA Grappling Nugget is not a ground and pound bag. If used under extreme conditions such as heavy pounding or throwing onto rough surfaces the life of this product will decrease.

Weighing 12kg and approximately 100cm in height this is the training model of the MMA Grappling Nugget (20kg).
